Self Registration

COMET PLAY allows Players (or their Parents), Coaches, and other roles, to self-register to their clubs. Self registration ensures the highest data privacy standards as personal information is entered and managed in the system by members themselves, and not indirectly by club users.

Self registration also eliminates the need for printing and signing registration forms, as the member’s consent is provided digitally. Clubs can configure various self registration profiles, and can also price, and electronically collect registration fees.

Trainings

COMET PLAY allows Club Managers/Coaches to organize individual or recurring weekly trainings. They can allocate players to training groups, and organize group trainings. Calendars of all participants are updated in real-time, improving communication between clubs and members.

Players (or their Parents) confirm event participation (RSVP) and clubs can track actual attendance of participants, hence keeping everybody in the loop, without any need for messaging or phone calls outside of the system. This saves substantial time and effort for all parties.

Club Events

Clubs can organize ad-hoc events of any type, either internal such as summer camps or team trips, or external such as community, charity or commercial events. Participants can apply, complete application surveys, and pay a participation fee, if applicable.

Furthermore, clubs can track attendance and status of events participants at the event, as well as configure and carry out assessments of participants across any metric. Same as for Trainings and Matches, the Club Events are accessible in the calendar and profile of participants.

Sales and Payments

Clubs can configure their merchant account, setup their web store, and collect electronic payments from their Members and their Parents for any purpose, such as membership (self registration), equipment, club events, any type of merchandise, or donation.

Clubs can also create special prices, family discounts, keep track of manual (offline) payments, process refunds, request and track orders from members, altogether making the revenue generation and collection process much more efficient.

Communication

All Members (and their Parents) are automatically informed by e-mail on all activities related to them, such as registration or event participation status updates, training schedule adjustments, processed orders and payments, account link requests, etc.

Beyond that, clubs can send ad-hoc announcements to all, or to a subset of their members, and track who has read the announcement. The announcements are visible in an internal mailbox both on web and mobile apps, and are also distributed to the e-mail address of each recipient.

Native COMET Integration

PLAY is natively integrated with the world’s leading football management system COMET. It is an all-in-one platform for players, their parents, and other roles – to manage all their football activities in one place, within one calendar: including official and friendly matches, regular training sessions, club and association events, registrations, contracts, licenses, etc

Reporting

All data from COMET PLAY can be filtered both horizontally and vertically and presented in a cutting-edge reporting tool. All reports, such  as Training Group Members, Training and Event Participants, Ordered Items, Order Payments, etc, can also be exported into the Excel format, where further data pivoting and advanced analytics can be carried out.
